III.USER ELIGIBILITY
Access to the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under the age of 18, you must utilize the Platform under the direct involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts joint responsibility for all communications and loan inquiries.

You represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have obtained the necessary consent from co-applicants before sharing their financial credentials.
V.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY rights
All design systems, logos, graphics, text, custom calculators, and proprietary tools displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of EMI-Prime - EqualMonthlyInstallments and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any site assets is strictly prohibited.
VI.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
